Im not quite sure if its pain pain or sore pain. Im pretty sure its from either Deadlift and/or bent over row. Should these exercises target the lower back? Um, my partner said I looked fine doing them, ahd I felt fine. So Im hoping its just sore...

i get sore from both of those
like sore in the lower back?
yepppp definetly i use deads for a lower back exercise and bent over rows just seems to put some pressure on it..so after those im sore for a few days after
ok, cool. Cuz Im pretty sure I did them right, just its day 2 after, and my lower back is hurting. But it does feel like a sore pain.
deads target your lower back
after i do these heavy i can feel my lower back up to 4 days after doing it
no pain no gain, i'm sure youre fine, just sore...nothing gets sore like my lower back for me...a heating pad has helped me, but i don't suggest this because i dont know if it is good
well put
Dead lifts can definitely make your low back sore, as well as bent over rows due to the pressure it puts on your low back while being bent at the waist. Ensure that you are fully warmed up and stretch your back before and after working out. When you get home try putting some ice on the area, which should help with the soreness. Heat can help as well, but might be better over the next couple days.
there is a big difference about being sore from working out or being hurt. any questions,PM me
