How much does 100mg test a week (inject) lower my endogenous production?

everyone is different on the amount of suppression.
over prolonged time even 5mg of androgel can cause a large degree of suppression of the HPTA.

the average healthy man produces 4-7mg of testosterone per day.when you take testosterone from an outside source your body lowers natural production which can cause testicular shrinkage.
this is why TRT is started at 5mg/day of androgel or 100mg/week of test cypionate or enantate.
when the ester is removed (cyp or enan) it leaves approx 70mg of actual test.
androgel is dosed lower as transdermally the gel can give a higher DHT level requiring a lesser dose for similar effect than injection.

It could nearly double it for many men - but like toc67guru said, there is no standard level - it can vary threefold between men... with even more of a difference between two women...

Ok so on HRT someone receives 100mg/week year around but thats not enough for their testicles to shrink?

You can experience testicular atrophy with as little as 75mg a week, this is why low dose HCG is used to mimic luetinising hormone (LH) sending a signal to the testes to produce some testosterone even if they don't function 100% addressing atrophy. Keep doses low of HCG 250iu/day twice a week. The two days preceding testosterone shot.
