    This is me, don't laugh

Stole my coworker's camera tonight and snapped a pic before I went to go workout. Nothing special, just thought some of you might like to see it. I'll get some whole body shots when I can, and I'll scan a pic of me a couple years ago when I was 318lbs of pure fat.

This is me at 20 years old, 214lbs, 6'1".

Edit: Second pic at 222lbs taken on the 5th of may.

Great base, I'd say do more compound movements as it looks like you've favored and isolated certain bodyparts. Concentrate on squats, deads, militarypresses, bench, rows etc... It will help develop the body more evenly.

I will when I get the camera again. This was just a spur of the moment "Hey, let me borrow your cam for a second" as I was heading out the door to go lift. I'll get full body shots when I can, and am not at work

Actually, I don't even do arms all that much(I imagine that's what you're getting at ). Most of my workouts are based around compound movements like the ones you suggested. The only one I don't do are deadlifts since I popped my hip outta joint in a car accident a while back, and everytime I go above 315lb, I have to go see the chiropractor the next day to pop the hip back into joint. I'll get full body shots as soon as I can. Thanks for the critism, it's well accepted. Although I didn't give you much to critisize

Yes sir, reformed fatty (still am a bit). Was sitting at my highest ever (318lbs) durring Junior year in HS. I was always a fat kid, played offensive lineman, but really let myself go when my mother passed away sophmore year. Best friend was a bodybuilder and saved my life. Don't know where I'd be today going the route that I was.

It's too late NewKid, you already said it. What, are you afraid I'll sit on you and squash you with my 'large' ass? It's not like I'm gonna come over to your house and challenge you to a sumo wrestling match. You're just keepin' it real. No point in denying it.

Hey, what's your address by the way NewKid?

I think it's more the pic than anything that makes me look dis-proportional. Everyone says my chest/shoulders/legs stand out more then my arms. My traps definately need to come up though. I'm very broad and having small traps makes me look weird. You'll understand what I mean when I can get more pics. I think I have a calf pic saved somewhere on this PC that I took a couple months ago. I'm searching for it as I write this.

Well, I didn't find my calve pic (deleted that I guess). But I did find a pic of me last summer. I had just gone down from 275lbs to 201lb in the course of 7 months. For the record, cutting that long without a break isn't healthy. My bench went from 315lbs to 225, so yeah, a lot of muscle was lost. It was right after this that I started a lean bulk to put back some of my muscle. Muscle memory is a great thing. I went back to 220lbs in the course of 2 months without aas and minimal fat gains. Looking back now, I look ill. Anyway, just wait until you see the fat pics. OMG, people from my old HS don't even recognize me.

P.S. That's my pride and joy. 1978 camaro with a 383 stroker and too many goodies to list. This was right before the paint job.

thats a nice camaro...I almost bought an 81 that looked similar...but I had to get something more practical for college trips etc...it was still pretty good that you could bench 225...

    Confidence is the key!

Well in response to your subject title. See, as a female, you're just at the perfect size, but you men like to get super huge for some reason!

Thanks Butterfly23GrL. I'm not concerned with getting much bigger at the moment, more concerned with dropping all this fat. Cutting at the moment. And yes, I do have a bit of a complex. Looking in the mirror, I still see that 318lb fat son of a bitch. It's only when I look at pictures of my old self, do I actually see any improvement.

Thanks everyone for there kind words.
Except NewKid, that fat joke hurt.

    1buffsob

P.S. The subject title was just sarcasm. As fat and small as I am, I still know that I got most of these guys beat.

I would of put the blower on it had it not been my daily driver. I still think 498hp is on the conservative side. I could of gone a lot more, and plans are in the works to give it that extra little kick.

All forged components already. I'd have to replace the pistons cuz I'm running about 10.5:1 right now. Only premium for me. Damn gas prices.
