    got scared!

    today during my third set of deadlifts@ 230 for 8 reps I popped something in my ear and immedietly felt dizzy and light headed. I thought i was going to pass out and my heart wouldnt stop racing i felt as if i was going under. I did something different today which could have been the cause. After feeling shitty all day i decided not to work out till night time. This is after my second dose of clen and a nap of three hours im going through pct and am depressed alot seperated from my wife going to the usa for the first time in two years etc. Ive been really stressed. So before going to the gym still out of energy i drank a redbull. Im never going to work out after taking both doses of clen and will prob never drink a redbull before workout again. im feeling better but still light headed air passes through my ear if i breath hard. Any one had this happen?

    weird, but no i've never had this happen...hope the rest of the pct goes well...im dreadin that shit, comin soon though..

    Hmm popping in your ear. You prolly just ovexerted yourself, Maybe holding your breath or something like that. Could also be an inner ear problem as that fvcks with equilibrium as well.

    I have had the ear thing happen and got all dizzy and light headead and heart was racing after squats. another time my face went num.

    each time i am willing to bet i was holding my breath on the positive. Breathing out needs to start immediatlely at the very beginning of the positive, otherwise, in exercises like squats and deads, immense internal pressure can build up.

    just the other day, i gave myself a headache that lasted the entire day, and it was because i didnt start breathing out till half way up

    but ya, i had the exact same pop in my ears to, i was fine after resting

    yeah i try to breath but i find more power when grunting i guess im going to have to try harder to breath ..... im feeling better now i took a cold shower the redbull clen mix prob helped **** me up

    dude i popped a vein in my head once doing heavy bb curls. it hurt so bad i about dropped the weight and i got dizzy. i couldnt exert much force for a few days cuz my head would hurt. maybe thats what happend.

    Yeah it sounds like you popped you eardrum. Does it hurt in you squeeze you nostrils and try to breath out(expire) from them?
