today during my third set of deadlifts@ 230 for 8 reps I popped something in my ear and immedietly felt dizzy and light headed. I thought i was going to pass out and my heart wouldnt stop racing i felt as if i was going under. I did something different today which could have been the cause. After feeling shitty all day i decided not to work out till night time. This is after my second dose of clen and a nap of three hours im going through pct and am depressed alot seperated from my wife going to the usa for the first time in two years etc. Ive been really stressed. So before going to the gym still out of energy i drank a redbull. Im never going to work out after taking both doses of clen and will prob never drink a redbull before workout again. im feeling better but still light headed air passes through my ear if i breath hard. Any one had this happen?
