    injections

    i am on about my fitht shot i dont know if i am not flexible or not but hitting my left glute is a workout in itself. i want more control and plus its a bitch trying to aspirate with my left hand. i am going to try thighs next time, i checked spot injections but those pictures are pretty vauge, its the outer quadrant and pin shoudl go in horizontal, Is there margin of error,or just try to get in into the vacinity and aspirate.

    With any muscle you can do the same thing. Flex it, feel around and pick a meaty part, relax the muscle and shoot it. I go in perpendicular to any site im going into personally, that way it gets deep into the muscle. Your outer (vastus lateralis) muscle is the main shooting area for most people in quads. So just go for the outer sideabout halfway between hip and knee is pretty good.

    Stand straight up and inject where the triangle of your thumb and index finger fall naturally. Basically get it as close to that as you can...you'll learn what areas to avoid as you go.
