has anyone ever asked u if u were ADDICTED ??

im asking, because someone at the gym, just asked me !!!....
i was on the bike for only 22 minutes, and this guy asked me if i was addicted to cardio !!......couldnt he, at least, waited to ask, when im done or something ?? i usually like to get my hour of cardio everyday, but tonite i had to cut it short !!!!...
now, that was pretty annoying,..and kind of a stupid question!!!!
...especially, when i go late, thinking that no one will bother me, or stare,...but, its so frustrating, cause it doesnt matter what time, or what gym, u go to,...theres always someone whos out there to get u....

he kind of made me feel stupid doing cardio !!...normally, i would just ignore,....cant they mind their own business ???...
sorry, guys i had to let my frustration !!!!!

ps: anyone has a treadmill for sale, or a stairmaster ??..even more frustrating, cause we pay to go to their gyms,...and now, i got to pay to get my cardio done !!!

I see people get on the treadmill and jog at 3.0mph for 10 mins and act like the was the most hardcore cardio session ever. ;P

You just want results more than the others. I stay on cardio a max of 35 mins 5 times a week.

We all just have to understand that this is just the way that lazy people have learned to deal with there illness. Yes I was one who usually had some smart assed remark to say right back...but now, I just look them up and down, shake me head, with this disgusted look on my face, and when you walk away they totally get the point you where trying to make.

now that is a horrible remark !!! ....chesey, and really stupid !!...i have a very high dislike for those kind of poeple....we should all come up with answers so were not caught off guard !!

and that guy that asked me works there !! so i do get to see him everyday !! (i guess hes in all right shape, but still !!) and shooty!! i saw him again today,( he was working out ), and i was planning to go back late again tonite for some light cardio !!(hes always working at nite, hes the assist. man.)...any good lines anyone ??
