Hey all -
I know you can feel gyno come on with itchy nips and puffiness. Can you feel anything when losing your hair? Does your scalp tingle or is there something that tells you that you won't need a comb much longer?

no you just wake up with a bald head, but you do have a hairy pillow
i didnt even know, i actually saw a picture and saw my hair line was receding... i then promptly started shaving my head
Trust me you dont feel a thing. But then all of a sudden you're making an appointment with hair club for men.
Fellas - do you have MPB in fyour family history? Did you see the hair on your pillows? Drain after a shower?
what do you guys mean that u dont notice hairloss ,just suddenly you became bald or what ? from what i know a couple of cycles even if they are that bad wouldnt affect your hair that bad ,its a progress process and you can halt it or even quit aas if hairloss became a big concern but you dont get bald out of the blue..
When I ran winny and finished after 6 weeks I could tell my hairline was just a tad bit more receding, but to most people it's not receding only because i'm constantly checking it all the time and see it everyday. That or i'm getting older. The crown grew back pretty quickly especially being on propecia and rogaine. My hair usually thickens out when i'm off.
I wouldn't get all paranoid during a cycle if you're losing hair. In fact I've lost most hair being on PCT now than being on my cycle. You can really get a good sign when you're in the shower washing your hair. If globs of hair are coming out in your hand or even when putting on any hair product than I would start taking precaution. I can't tell with the pillow because my bedsheets and pillow cases are all black.![]()

The shower and hairy pillow... i never noticed that.. but i dont really pay attention.
For me when i used test, EQ, and tren i could literally feel the DHT infesting my head!..My head itched all the time...it always felt warm, and it felt like i was getting hot flashes on my scalp..it was awful...im not really prone to hairloss but i have definitely changed things up now to avoid those sides...by using Nizoral shampoo plus dutasteride...
hmmn im going to use nirzoral shampoo while im on tren and test, dutasteride.. is that the same thing as finastride... u get from aar..?Originally Posted by CaptainDominate

No Dutasteride is much more effective than finasteride...use it at 0.5mg Every day...
nizoral ia 1% shampoo? over the counter?
i think you can get 2% otc i've seen it as high as 5% as well here in florida
is it true that if you start using dutasteride you have to continue to use it for the rest of your life inorder to maintain ur hair if u stop.. u will loose even more then prior to taking dutasteride...? because i wanna take something just for my cycle, somehting that can be discontinued after pct....Originally Posted by CaptainDominate
you will see hair on your pillow if you are losing hair.
yes, same for both duta and finasteride.Originally Posted by randy6969

mayeb minxidil not sure though ,i was wondering if ti stops hairloss, anyone ?
isnt that the active ingridient in rogain? ive seen minoxidil at walgreens... right next to rogainOriginally Posted by fitguy
Nothing can really prevent hairloss from tren, but with test you can use dutasteride or finsteride (duta is better) ...otherwise you can use some Nizoral shampoo which can reduce scalp DHT--i dont think Nizoral by itself is that effective IMO...once you start using various chemicals you will find out if you are prone to hairloss or not..if youre not you are one of the lucky ones and can use pretty much anything with no concern of hairloss...those who are genetically predisposed to hairloss are just speeding up the process by using AS....try not to get paranoid though if you start seeing hairloss...the average human can lose 50-100 hairs a day...
well it is better to use either duta or finasteride even if it is only for your cycle -- I would advise to stay on it even after your cycle.
Rogaine should be applied to a normal dry scalp only and left in place for at least four hours. Rogaine must be continued in order to maintain or increase the hair growth achieved.Originally Posted by fitguy
Minioxdil is the generic name for rogain... and u have to continue to use it too to maintain hairgrowth... :-(
so your saying it would be good to use duta while in on cycle and then discontinue it? or should i have it on hand and see how the AS reacts with my hair first?Originally Posted by CaptainDominate
hmm..tough call, traditionally look to your dad and your grandpa on your mom's side to see if you could be genetically predisposed to Male Pattern Baldness....otherwise maybe run a 6 wk cycle as a test run to see if youll lose a significant amount of hair...the thing is, with finasteride and dutasteride you should begin treatment 2 months before and continue it---thats the best way to run it because dutasteride is most effective at about 6+ months of use at 0.5mg every day...if you dont plan on using gear that often id just run this cycle just using Nizoral and see how you do. If you are in it for the long haul..like most of this board...assuming you have MPB then id start using it year-round...i know its a tough call at first but its good that youre researching it.......hopefully you dont have MPB then you can just go ahead and use dutasteride just on your "On" time then stop using it after PCT...

Yea its a tough call at first if hairloss is a concern to you (for me it is)...my grandpa on my mom's side had all his hair into his late 80's--he just had a widows peak---but MPB usually refers to the crown or back of the head where most guys lose their hair....are you gonna use test and tren still? is it your first cycle? i would run just the test alone to see if the DHT is affecting you significantly for 6-8 wks then if youre not losing that much hair you could finish the cycle with another 4-6 wks of tren just as a test run (tren is usually run 8-10wks)...
A good indication of hair loss is....well....hair loss. Take dutasteride or finasteride.
so it all comes down to if u notice a difference in ur hair.. receding hairline etc... and u want to do soemthing about it... start using finastride or even better dutastride for the rest of your life...Originally Posted by rhino1
