I just want help with the questions i am asking from ppl that have used the product.

i have not used in 2 years this is my first time using var so i am still new to it and experimenting with it.
my stats are
5,9', 175lbs, i have 3 cycles in the i have used test, deca, winni, eq.with them stat's and three cycle's i think you have to work on your diet some more IMO
right now i am bulky the muscle there but its not defined or hard.
my workout habits are great i do cardio everyday at least 15 minutes a day. i workout tuff. my diet is not great i do slip there you go work on this first
but i think it's a good enough diet I get alot of protein enough carbs, fats the whole nine.
just from those who have done this particular compound what to expect and how till i see results. thanks guys.
