Hi,
I tried to start my HIIT today and after my first sprint my tibialis anterior became pumped as crazy.
I had that pain in past, i thought it was normal, today i will remember forever of that pain.
I tried to massage it did not help, i tried to stretch it did not help the pain became stronger.
I tried to keep walking a little but the pain is so awful.
(Think about a horrible back pain, so strong that you need to sit somewhere quick)
I finally lay me on the grass in the stadium and take a 20 minutes of rest, the pain was crazy, insane, i was suffering, i was thinking to go to the medic or hospital, i thought i will be unable to walk at home..
What to do? What is that pain?
