Need some help with dosages with clen

Hey whats up guys I know this prob sounds like a stupid question but hey you gotta look stupid sometimes right(lol)
anyway I am getting some clen in soon and I am not that aware of the dosages for it now the tabs I am getting is 0.04 and I want to take about 60 to start off with, so would I just add up the .04 until I get to 60 and that would determine how many tabs I would take a day, thanks guys

With Clen it is best to work up to your maximum tolerable dose. Start with 20mcgs/day in the morning, and see how you do with the side effects. you can build up each day by 20mcgs until you notice the sides are too much for you. I would not go over 120mcgs in one day, but everybody is different.

How are you going to cycle this? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or straight for 6-8 weeks using benydryl every 3rd week???

.04 is 40mcg. Each tab you have is 40mcg. So, 60mcg is 1 and a half of your tabs. Hope that helps.

errr....... what? you should look at how long you want to take them for and at what dose. everyone is effected differently and some people run higher doses than others depending how well you respond and how the sides effect you. you should start off with 1 tab a day, and gradually work up over a week or 2. its best to do some research on it though because there are sides to be aware of
