for my first time i ran it at 500mg per week. and for pct i followed what this site sugested on the steriod cycle page. (clomid, Nolvadex) they give you the amounts you should take. but read first before anything.

Every PCT compound can be obtained from AR-R and an effective protocol can be made. But, you cannot get HCG.

I'd go for Nolva/Aromasin. Clomid if you dont experience sides from it.

I think you need to research a little more on your own before shooting AAS. No offense, but we can't put together YOUR cycle for you!!
You can , however, put one together and post it and then we can help you tweek it.

You are a little young to be considering AAS, but if you are gonna do it, do it SMART. Just start with the Test. save the winny for the next time.
