I think you have to pay for reverse cell phones since they're unlisted. I could be wrong though. You could google the number if you haven't already.

if you pay intellius, it is a site , they can get you all the info in a few daysi used them before for a problem,cost $50, but it solved my problem.if it sint a cell number , an operatorcan do a reverse look up for you,otherwise you are SOL

if you know the service provider you could get someone who sells cell phones for that company to look up the account by just the number. that will give name, address, pretty much everything except ssn and dl#. Only thing is you gotta know someone who sells cell phones.
