Infection

I just started a new cycle of Test E. I'm shooting into my glutes. I have developed soreness and it seems like a large bump that is extemely soar. Is this from bad gear or am I injecting wrong.

This has never happened with Test E before.

Several things could have happened. Did you asperate? You may have passed through or nicked a vein. You may have injected a little too fast, which could cause an abcess, If you only shoot in your glutes, you may have developed scar tissue causing a little more pain when you jab through it.

If the area is not red and itchy, you should be fine. Try to massage the area and add heat after the injection. Rotate sites if you are only using the glutes

Slower is better especially with oils. Don't think there is a set speed. Just don't rush. feel your muscle, it will tell you, as you found out the hard way
