    Vegetarian diet

    Hey! I was wondering if someone could help me out with making a diet...The only hard thing is I am a vegetarian. I get my protein thru shakes and will eat some fish(tuna, white, salmon). I am not a bad eater and work out regularly but am getting ready to start clen and I know I am going to have to have 5 meals a day in order to get cut and lose a couple of pounds. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

    It's always hard to assist Vegans, but since you aren't full fledged into it and eat fish, you'll live off of protein powder, fish, and eggs. (Hopefully u eat those)

    haha, u'd be surprised there's some weird people..but anyway i was just askin because u would prob get better responses in the female section...its hard for most the male members to lay out a diet for u cause were used to eatin so much more...my cuttin diet would prob make u gain weight...
