    MikeXXL's carb up plan

    I plan on doing Mike XXL's carb up and fat load. But i have a few questions.

    How many carbs should I eat on the days coming to the tuesday when you start the load? and What other foods would be acceptable to eat for the first "sh1t" meal, the day of the show?

    for $hit meals...anything without becoming too bloated...krispy creams are great imo..or anytype of doughnut

    5 egg omelete with cheese, pancakes with syrup, doughnuts...basically eat anything but DO NOT over eat...

    Yea...it all depends on your bodyweight and what your base carbs are at too...please add more info!

    My base on low days is 150 grams of carbs. Im 5'11 187 at around 6 percent now. Any other help? thanks guys

    towards the end of my contest dieting i was eating about 100 carbs a day and follwed mike xxls carb load to a T and it worked awsome i filled out and was super tight for the show just make sure you follow it to the T or else i think you might have problems.

    Well my refeed day was today thursday...I consumed 350 carbs. Do you think i should consume 100 grams of carbs sat sun, then 0 mon and all tues until i start the load?

    Its depends on how your condition is. you dont wont to over deplete or you wont fill out in time for your compitition. How many carbs have you been taking in through out your precontest diet.

    Ive consumed 200 grams most of the diet but this last week i dropped it to 150. I have two refeed days a week (thurs, sun) My condition is not top pro shredded but its stage ready. I think I could get a tad more shredded.

    How much do you weight and will be your competition weight?

    Ohh i see your weight now...i would do the 150gm for last 5 days before carb up and would keep carbs like this:
    If you do 2 day carb up before shiat load:
    Thursday - 400gm
    Friday - 300gm
    Saturday Shiat load

    If yo udo 3 days:
    Wed - 400
    Thurs - 350
    Fri - 300 Sat - shiat load

    I would stick to the 2 day one at this point and would rely to load up on my shiat load, it will work...good luck...XXL
