Hey All;
I have been training for 4 years, and now I am a certified personal trainer.
But as I become a trainer, my friend who got me the job gave me his liquid Ventipulmin (a form of clen?) and now I am plagued with questions concerning it.
Such as;
o How can I judge a proper dosage of it? (as it has a nozle! not pills)
o Will I experience side effects no matter what?
o Should I take it twice a day? (I only train once a day, in the evening)
o Will this give me the pump/fat loss/results that 'clen' does?
Again, I am new to this, so please excuse my paranoia.
