Nova...i am taking in 160g of carbs right now, is that to much...i have lost all the fat i need to i just gotta lose my water and i am ready...i am just trying to maintain with out losing muscle...i get 30g at meal 1, 65g at meal 3, 65g at meal 5...sweet potatoes in meal 3, and 5, and slow oats in meal 1...

yeah exactly what i was thinking. personally oats bloat me, cooked or uncooked, doesn't matter. my cut went really well and i used soley sweet potatoes for my carbs. oats really fill me out so maybe restrict with sweet potatoes and load with oats. that is how i would do it personally.

so you think my amount is ok for now...then just slowly drop them out....and load with oats and i think whole wheat pasta also...
i don't think 160 would be depleting much... maybe just up and ounce of sweet potatoe in each meal that contains them just to be safe, but i don't think ur off by much. should be good to go.

whole wheat pasta would be a great choice too, seeing as they hold water.
i feeel a lot better now...up until last week i was only at 100mg and i was starting to get flat and depleting to early so i added another sweet potatoe and it has helped a lot...i will go with this for now, then slowly drop them till i am totally deopleted and get ready to laod...thanks man
