Do you 'feel' it? If yes, eat more. If no, double the dose.
It depend's on the person any where from 4-8 week's.

dont double the dose this is a big misconception u wont feel the extra dosage for another 4 to 8 weeks so just stick to same dose u should start really feeling it around 6th week or so
u should feel ur labido go up within a week of first shot tho
my strength has increased but I havent seen the added weight yet. Im trying to decide if I should jump to 750 mg a week or not.

word of advice start eating oatmeal in the morning at least 1 cup 4 cups after workout and another 2 to 3 cups before bed
all 3 times r crucial
in the morning to stop catabolic state do to lack of food in ur system
after workout ur body needs carbs to help process the proteins ur putting in ur body
and before bed because oatmeal is a slow burning protein wich is great fuel for when ur sleeping do to the fact that ur body has to natrual growth hormone releases in ur sleep by the time the second 1 starts the slow burning proteins in oatmeal r just getting burned offf so ur body is in a catobolic state for less time and that will stop when u wake up and eat more oatmeal and whatever u eat along with it in the morning .most foods no matter how much of it u eat will burn off by the end of the first release of GH unlike oatmeal which is a very slow burning protein will last alot longer
and try to ad redmeat like 97%lean ground meat into ur diet i try to eat oatmeal with all my meals u will be surprized the diff with in 2 weeks i bet u could put on an additional 5 to 7 lbs try it and let me know how it works out
it has done wonders for me being a hard gainer myself
and i eat my redmeat in the form of meatloaf very easy to store and not as costly as steak(even tho i would rather eat steak: ( )
