Question about volume of HGH in vial

I just got some HGH and requested it in 8IU/vial but ended up getting too many vials for this to be correct, looks like it is probably 4IU/vial. My question is, how far up those little vials does 4IU of HGH powder go? It sure looks like a lot of powder in there. What does 8IUs look like in the small vials? These are the blue top generics from China. Suppose there is a chance they are 8IU/vial and I ended up with more than I was supposed to.

1 cc of BW totally disolved it, so I would think its just 4 IU. Gonna check with supplier too.
