    Question winni dosage question; please advise

    hi bros,
    i have 10mg winni caps and want to take 50mg per day, i should spread it out during the day right?

    they are 10mg caps; so like 2(20mg) and then 3(30mg) for a total of 50 mg?

    The half life is between 8-12 hours so 2-3 times a day is fine.
