In my personal experience clen never added any muscle when adding it to a cycle. Its anabolic effects are small. It will slightly help you retain lean muscle mass while on a low carb low cal. diet when trying to cut down but as for putting on an extra 10lbs of rock hard muscle forget about it. It is a bronchial dilator not an AS. It has anti-catabolic effects not anabolic effects.
Clen has no anabolic effect on humans at any dosage. Most people test the effects of clen by starting at 40 mcg a day and increasing dosages by 40 mcg ED until the sides become uncomfortable and then backing dosage down slightly. Generally speaking most find about 160 mcg a good dosage but I know some bro's go above. Two weeks on two weeks off is preffered cycling method.
clen will add muscle to animals but not humans. Yet it does have anti-catabolic effects in humans.
