Only if you get caught. That is kind of a silly question. If it is a controlled substance you can go to jail for it if you are caught. In most cases customs will just send you a letter saying if you want you stuff come get it and you just take it as a loss..

You take a chance on anything like this you order.

Federal laws are really quite lax so far on HGH. If you look at what Grimsley was charged with in relation to that it is about a $1000 fine or up to 3 months in jail I believe. He was getting nailed on the distributing and money laundering, that's the main reason they raided his house. That and getting him to implicate Barry Bonds. The state level is another matter. I know a lot of states where whenever you need a prescription to obtain something it is a scheduled drug.

I know when I've worked out in gyms in Cali they have posted signs with a state code stating that AAS and GH is prohibited on the premesis. I think I saw that in a Gold's Gym in Hayward?

HGH is on the state level, as far as I know, but that's just it being schedule III or another schedule, which would carry a lesser penalty for position, distribution would be a different story of course.
