well my show is tomorro,going to sit around and stress out all day,lol.I carb depleated sun-tue.wed had 150g carbs,thur 200g,going to have around 400g fri.all my carbs have come from dry oats,nasty but has realy dry me out this week.going to have half gal water fri.cut water at 2pm,followed by some lasix.sat mor going to eat some pancakes and oats.appyed first two coats of pro-tan thur night.prob 3 more today.everything look alright here.thanks for everyones help.will post some pics up after show.
