Welcome aboard, we're here to help, that said...

SD is a legal steroid.
As such, basic steroid rules apply.
One such rule is that "One should not begin a steroid administration until enough between cycle time has elapsed". Said time CAN be contingent upon a number of variables, but a generously protective guideline is “Time on = Time off”.

So you'd need to better define "just finished up" (and I trust you used Post Cycle Therapy), as well as the length of the SD cycle. With that information we can surely help answer your question. Again welcome aboard.

I did a 3 week cycle of SD at 20mg and with Nolva as my PCT for 3 weeks.
