    Dbol & sust

    Ahhh my cycle starts today!

    6'. 205lbs, bf% ?? I'm guessing 20% or 25%, maybe that's too high I just don't trust anything but the water test for bf%

    1-4 dbol @ 30mg ed
    1-12 sust @ 250mg every third day
    13-15 hcg 500iu every 5 days
    15-17 nolva 20 ed

    This is my 2nd cycle, any suggestions and opinions are appreciated. I will keep this thread posted with weelky progress, I hope to pack on 25-30lbs

    looks simple and basic. not bad. the only thing i wonder is what are the results you are looking for in this cycle. i ask this because if you are high bf% and looking to trim down, i woulda done without the dbol and maybe kicked it with something else.

    well my muscle has great memory and I'm not fat by any means. When I train intense I get great gains and lean up w/o cardio, although I will be doing cardio once or twice per week this time. All I want to do is put on mass without "excessively" balooning up and getting fat and watery. My last cycle was not nearly as planned out or as long as this one and I got great gains and dropped bf.
