I have worked out for 10 years off-and-on and due to emotional distress I lost 35lbs.
I am going to start Tbol (alone) at 40mg/ed for the first week and then increase to 50mg/ed for the next five weeks. I am not interested in stacking this with any other anabolics. Here are the questions I have:
1. I plan on increasing my caloric intake to 3500 kcal/ed, is this enough?
All depends on your goals.
2. Based on what I have researched, I understand that after a Tbol cycle one does not require an anti-estrogen (clomid or nolvadex). Is this true?
To an extent, yes. Tbol's structure is such that it shouldnt aromotase. However, I have seen user's report gyno from its use on other boards. Keep a SERM on hand IMHO. Its very rare, but a reality.
3. I am currently using Anavol (creatine) and would like to continue using it with Tbol. Would this help increase my gains?
Many use Creatine during PCT to attain strength and mass. I use it whilst "on" and "off". Aswell as L-Glutamine 10g/ED. Yes, Creatine will increase your gains and make recovery easier.
4. Would the addition of Nitric Oxide (No2) or any other supplements be worthwhile?
I'd suggest L-Glutamine 10g/ED. Also multi-vitamins, ***** 3's, flaxseed oil.
Thanks!
