Said he can give it to me for 10 even though the reserve is $13,000 if noone buys it. This'll be the first bike I am buyin personally and I know very little about em mechanically an shit, just how to ride basically. I plan on fixin it up and sellin it for more if I can.

I would ask some questions before making an offer.
1. Is it titled as a Harley?
2. Is that a Rev Tech engine in there? Rev tech are NOT Harley engines, so if it is, it may have been swapped or upgraded, but rev tech is a Korean engine. its ok , but NOT a harley or an S&S engine
3. What is the transmission type? 5 speed or 6
4.Does NOT look like a true Harley to me, but I could be wrong.
5. I see no gauges on the bike???

No sweat man, I have several so I know a bit of what to look for. Just doesnt' look like a Harley that he is claiming it is. Probably just a custom bike, and if so, I would be curious about how it is titled.
May effect how you can insure it depending on where you live. Most custom builts have to be titled as a "special construction" or "reconstructed" title

He said hes sayin harley on it cause it is similar to one and to get more traffic but it is just a custom bike, not an ACTUAL harley. Showed me pics of it in some magazines too.

probably a bike made from basket cases...lots of those on ebay as "custom". I personally wouldn't pay 10 for it specially w/o an S&S engine. But I don't think that is an unreasonable asking price.
