    before and after cycle....dofference

    I cant tell much of a difference. When i started i was at about 160 tops now i am 174 lbs. I really can't tell much of a difference, you tell me ..

    First 3 are before's then afters.......

    Oh, BTW My routine wasn't what i normally do, mostly compound explosive lifts. I think that next cycle i am going to stick to splits , still with compounds but less focus on the olympic lifts.

    lol..i was just about to post that, 500mg of Test-e with 20mg of nolva daily. My body can handle the stuff fine so my second cycle is going to be stacked. I am just going to wait out my PCT , nolva , clomid, clen. Get blood work done then move on from there.

    In my opinion, you shouldnt have done a cycle only weighing 160 pounds and you shouldnt run another one weighing 174 pounds...just eat better, train harder, and get plenty of rest. you made some obvious gains but i would just finish out your pct and then stay natural for a long time.

    that is what i am planing on doing i only sterted a cycle to get the weight on me then i am going to go natural got 6 weeks left on my cycle

    Don't mean to flame or anything just bein honest..but to me all I can see is that you added mostly fat. You did make some gains in lbm, though. I don't think you were ready to cycle in the first place.

    I think i was taking in too much fat in my diet. Lots of PB , olive oil, almonds and such. Next time i am going to cut down on the fat and just eat cleaner. My calories where high as $hit so i expected some fat but you are right i think i put a little too much on.

    Also keep in mind that i am 5'6" . So when i say 174lbs thats a decent weight for my height. My bodies "natural" LBM (which was my starting point ) was 145lbs. So naturally i gained 15lbs (over time) then after cycle gained about another 15lbs. So my body is already 30lbs over what it is use to . . My goal weight is to get to 185ish and be able to maintain that with a low BF%.

    This is how i set my diet , 8 meals a day each around 413 ish calories

    My main food where, steak, chicken, cottage cheese, egg whites, oatmeal, fish oven baked, almonds, olive oil, natty PB, small salads (for greens) brown rice.

    Example of one of my days

    wake up oatmeal blended with a protein shake

    pre lunch 10 egg whites some PB

    lunch 2 chicken breast with almonds

    after lunch fish with more PB

    pre gym brown rice some egg whites about 6

    GYM

    post gym shake with dex/malt 40p 80carbs

    post post more brown rice / or patato with a steak

    before bed cottage cheese , sometimes something with cottage cheese.

    Looks pretty good to me, just make sure the steak is lean steak. How much cardio were you doing? I'm guessing now much. I know when I cut my cardio out like I have lately, I've gained some fat.

    I just about cut cardio out for the fact that it's really hard for me to gain. I knew I would take on some fat but I took on a little more then I would like. I am going for the "thick" look so a little fat is ok. I don't need to see my abs but I want to increase overall size and strength. I am going back to splits and will see what happens from there. On PCT ill be throwing in come clen, doing cardio, and dropping some fat intake but still eating around 8 meals a day.

    You really need to get your diet on check... U gain a lot of mass, but it looks like u gained more fat than anything, I think u looked better before..... U need to cycle with winny next go round, and eat alot of clean protein.... I'm going to start my cycle of test/winny in 5 weeks....

    agreed, something was missing when you were on cycle cause i dont see a whole lot of gains in terms of muscularity. yes you put on weight, but not wht i would consider quality. oh well, learn from your mistakes and get your diet and cardio in check before your next cycle!

    your base to begin with, honestly looks horrible. how long have you been training? you couldn't have been at it for long, because you would have gained (i would hope so) alot more than that, before hand
