I am in the process of creating a diet for implementation when I get back from my study abroad. I understand the importance of PWO nutrition, especially the ratio of protein to carbs in order to flood muscle with much needed nutrients. However, I am unsure how I want to address this in my diet. Should I:
1.) Do my AM cardio (45min walk at 70% hr), then drink my PWO shake, then go to class and after have a solid meal
OR
2.) Should I do my cardio and then eat a solid breakfast before class?
