    Fat loss during PCT

    I'm going to be starting PCT in about a week and will be running clen as part of my therapy. Does anyone try to lose additional bodyfat during PCT or do most people just focus on keeping the gains from a cycle and then worry about bodyfat in say a month? I think my bodyfat is at about 14% (my avatar is from a couple weeks back) and I would like to get it down to 10% or so. I was thinking about running t3 along with the clen during pct? Anyone tried this or should I just focus on sustaining the muscle mass for the next month?

    Its up to you what you choose to do. If you want to maintain muscle whilst loosing bf then a very strict diet and training reigeme must be adhered to. Running T3 with no AAS is asking for muscle loss IMO. Consider adding clen and/or creatine and even HGH if possable.Droping 4% and loosing no muscle would be best done over a long period.

    i concentrate on keeping my gains during PCT..i run clen during PCT, but it's more for the anti-catabolic effects..i would just wait until after PCT to start really trying to bring that bf down

    Running clen is a good idea. I kept alot of my gains during PCT by upping my calories and using clen. I also gained a little body fat though. I did not mind it at all cause I have plenty of time to cut. I would suggest just to waite to cut after you retained as much gains as possible. Peace.
