    Review my test e, deca, tren cycle

    I am 6'2", 219lbs. Prob. around 20% body fat. Have messed around a couple years ago with Omnadren 250 and most recently M1T. Was weighing in at 240 in January and February until I changed my diet and lost around 20-25lbs.

    500mg test enathate weeks 1-10
    400mg deca weeks 1-5
    150mg tren weeks 6-10
    clomid therapy and also nolvadex throughout cycle

    I dont really know how many calories I take in a day, but I do eat 6 or 7 times a day. Two protein shakes daily with around 65gms protein with a scoop of peanut butter. Eat fish, sweet potatoes, sometimes top round steaks.

    Please review this cycle and let me know how many calories to eat on this cycle and what foods....

    drop the deca..it will be barely kicking in by wk 5
    150mg tren? is that 150mg ED?!
    have you run tren before?

    20% body fat is a bit high...........i would work on losing some fat first bro

    This is not a good cycle, are you trying to bulk or cut ?. at 20% bf I hope its cut.

    tren is 150mg/week. Whats wrong with running deca weeks 1-5 and then switching over to tren 6-10? Both of these are going to be with the enathate.

    you really think 5 weeks of using the drugs is going to do much?? especially w/ tren @ 150/week.......save your money for now........get in better shape (lose at least 5% bodyfat) and run a test ONLY cycle.........

    The deca will just start kicking in when you go off. Don't understand
    the clomid throughout cycle part.

    clomid is for post cycle therapy. This cycle was listed in Anabolics 2005 book except it was 14 weeks with the tren before deca. Same doses and all.

    id drop the tren and run the deca throughout, but then again after looking at your pic I would switch the deca to EQ and make sure your diet was leaning towards losing body fat.

    from the pic it doesnt even look like you workout and the comment about not knowing what your eating, why would you cycle? you need to dial in your training before and learn to diet before running anymore aas.

    45 mins of cardio in the a.m at 65-70% of your maximum heart rate + a nice cutting meal plan (in the diet forum stickies you can follow) will help you lots.

    I agree, running deca for 5 weeks is very pointless. Drop the bf% and weight a bit then run a test e cycle for 12 weeks + proper pct.

    Damn, be hard on somebody....Yea, I'm a little rough around the edges, but I'm not trying to get big where I can win competitions and walk around the gym like I'm tough s**t. Some peoples expectations are different and mine are definetely not to get a big ego like some here. I'll post a front shot tonite so I guess all of you can criticize that to.

    My boy who's won a bodybuilding show said this cycle should put on a good amount of size, so I'm pretty sure he knows what hes talking about.

    im not flaming the guy. i didnt mean for the comment to be read as such either. he is not where he needs to be to cycle. his development does not warrant a cycle. he can make great gains without. isnt the point of cycling to make progress? not just add weight then lose it. starting at point 1 and using gear makes no sense to me. im just trying to add an opinion, i did not mean to sound harsh. not everyone here has to agree with everything that is said. i didnt insult the man, i made an observation. his development doesnt show he needs aas. he could be well passed where he is with diet and hard training.

    I'm not in bad shape...Just need to tone up some. I guess drinking all the beer on weekends has hindered me. But I wasn't as big as I am now 3 years ago when I ran 500mgs of Omnadren and saw good gains. I've been working out roughly 5 years, so why not bump up the juice to raise my levels?

    Why would you wanna bump up the amount of AAS when you saw good gains from it 3 years ago? First off, deca needs to be run at least 12 weeks to see some good results. Second, tren is used by guys who have many cycles under their belt. Just go with test/deca for 12 weeks and drop your bf to 12-15% before you even start your cycle.
