    Hers For the new starters

    I started my first cycle like a body builder 5 sets of the heavyest weihgt
    possible. That was great stuff push that and you are well on ya way

    I have gained 12 lb in 3 weeks just pushing it

    I am taking 100mg of test prop and at least 1.6g of protine shake
    3-5 a night
