    question for the vets about B12

    i have done a little resurch on b12, but i did not learn much about it. i know its for nervs... Would you be able to tell me what its good for, or send me a link providing me with more info about it??? thanks

    Actully YES i use it. I cut my Prop with it. and will be cutting my winny injects with it as I will be injecting twice a day.

    it is good for appitite some say and energy. I have not really noticed much difference. also increase in RBC i believe

    SMAN I got a bottle of B-12. Can I keep it in refig. Next to GH? It says
    room temp.

    b-12 is great for energy. i use 1000 mcg's a day and the stuff keeps me going strong, ive heard of people injecting 3000 to keeep up with their scheduling and seeing good results. i have not seen much of appetite boost though

    B12 I would only use for cutting.

    b12, great combo with prop. some say they feel the energy from it but i dont. it may increase it as well as appetite but not to where i notice the difference.
