t3 is normally used at 25mcg so i would take t4 at 100mcg. atleast thats what i do.

I tried 50mcg and it got me wired and stuff and then tried 25mcg and worked perfect for me. Everyone is different so I would suggest start at 25mcg and work your way up if you need to.
His question was in reference to t4, not t3. 25mcg t4 would be equivalent to 6.25mcg of t3, which I hope you're not recommending.Originally Posted by doublefister

I would advise you to work your way up to no more than 100mcg, we are only trying to replace natty levels remember and the average male produces around 75mcg ed i seem to recall, correct me if im wrong please!
Yes I was referring to T4. As I mentioned I tried starting and 50mcg and was working my way up and I didn't like the way it made me feel so I ended up going down to 25mcg and I felt normal again. This isn't everyone's scenario so listen to you body and dont try and force someone's dosages that your body doesn't feel comfortable with.Originally Posted by Ejuicer

I am currently running t4 100mcg ED with gh. All good at the moment but its early days. I have log in members cycles called beasts clean bulk if you want to check progress.
Thanks all for the good advice. Now I have something to go off of. I think I will start with 50mcg/day and work my way up to 100mcg if I dont see any sides.
