i know ull prolly say...go diet forum.. but i dont really want a full critique.. just a heads up if i should worry or expect what im told ..

basicly last 3 months i have had trouble.. been very busy so i was eating half as what i used to.. still going to the gym.. getting stronger but puttin on no size... i taking back control of my busy life and making time to eat like a animal... i used to only have 1 protein shake after i workout (3 times a week, Whey) ... since i need to up my intake i was thinking 3 whey shakes a day... 2 of those shakes with OATS blended in for the carbs and energy in the morning and before the gym... my mum says im getting fat....from it.. but im going to the gym 3 times a week... and 3 cardio a week since i started... which i never used to do cardio.. i think tis cause my bf% is like 15.. so extra muscle could look like fat i guess... and since im bloated alot from shakes i prolly bustin out.. what yall think.. i read the diet forum before.. but im too lazy to post there and get a full diet redone ect..

i just need SUPPORT AND LOVE!!! please tell me i done the right thing with my extra protein shakes..
