    Water Retention w/ GH

Only about two weeks in a 6 month course with Hygetropin. Still at 2 iu, but working my way up to 4iu 6/1. Havent noticed any other sides, except I have noticed quite a bit of water retention in the mid section, face and lower legs. I read somewhere you can take a diuretic while on GH. What type could I use safely and long term. Pretty much any type would be available to me. I do supplement already with dandelion and urva usa.

Have you checked your blood pressure? You did not mention that you have. This should be taken seriously, and you should really brief yourself up before doing something like this. Your statement below 'I read somewhere you can take a diuretic while on GH' is a scary one.

Yes, I have checked my blood pressure and it is in line. What does BP have to do with GH? The reason Im asking if there is a safe diurectic is because I did read it someones posting. I in no way would start a protocol without finding out more info. Thats the reason I am looking for more info here.

gh increases ADH, the increase can be quite big with some people...some advise to use a mild diuretic like clonidine...

So does an increase in ADH corelate to high BP? Im confused. And clonidine isnt a diuretic, I believe its a beta blocker, used for high Blood pressure. I dont think i would want to take that. Im assuming the increase in ADH causes the water retention. Just looking to combat that with a mild diuretic. What other diurectics could be taken safely?
