i think 2x a week is minimum to keep it as close to stable as possible, and you probably wanna stack it with some long estered test:
cyp, enan, deconate something along these lines, so dosing would be the same time. it doesnt matter which one really, whichever is cheeper and easier for you to get your hands on.

someone mentions test p and test pp earlier in this thread, if you are going to use those tests they should be ED, and if you are gonna shoot ED then use tren A instead of tren H..
