i feel that when u blast a muscle back to back u disrupt the healing process.
i like to hit coinciding muscle in same sesion to get it over w/and get the healing up and going asap .. its the rest that = growth
u need more rest between ur next chest day i feel atleast 7 days is a must between hitting same muscle group

Changes too much to even begin to write out a standard...
My basic maintenance program doesn't go by days of the week since there are a lot of factors that can change when I need to train again... and life itself can throw unpredictable wrenches in at times... I would never skip a bodypart becasue I felt I shouldn't train that day, or needed to train on an "off" day.
