shoulders in juxtapose w/ chest is not ideal IMO
arms preceding back isnt ideal imo for same reason as previous statment

i feel that when u blast a muscle back to back u disrupt the healing process.
i like to hit coinciding muscle in same sesion to get it over w/and get the healing up and going asap .. its the rest that = growth
u need more rest between ur next chest day i feel atleast 7 days is a must between hitting same muscle group

Agreed. At least one day of rest between chest/shoulders or chest/triceps and back/quads or back/biceps.

No, I won't. That was an honest question. He doesn't train his legs so I figured A) he doesn't have any or B) they don't function.

Changes too much to even begin to write out a standard...

My basic maintenance program doesn't go by days of the week since there are a lot of factors that can change when I need to train again... and life itself can throw unpredictable wrenches in at times... I would never skip a bodypart becasue I felt I shouldn't train that day, or needed to train on an "off" day.
