    Unhappy I'm New... Really New.

    Hey guys, i'm 17, nearly 18 and I want to start taking Steroids, mainly for self defence. I'm not Puny or anything like that, but I want to get bigger (maybe an adult muscular figure) a.s.a.p. I have a few questions for you Pro's out there:

    1. Injections or Tablets - I've been told that I can buy Injections (And they're better) for £65...

    2. I am Fast, Really Fast, and I have great reaction times, will steriods effect this?

    3. What side effects are most likely to take place.

    Start Eating and lifting heavy . At your age you will grow alot without AAS

    I've tried, but i've got some crazy Metabolism. It's hard to gain weight, and the Gym desn't seem to be helping. I'm just wondering what to Ask for (safe ones) and ons that would help get what I need.

    Wanting to kick ass and look good.....HAHAHAHAHAH. Practice boxing or martial arts. I know tons of MMA fighters that are weak (weightlifting wise) and are not built well at all that can beat most up 99.9% on this entire board including me. Well them being a 9th degree black belt , and practicing martial arts for 30+ years helps...lol.

    Looks to me like the weak little nerd wants to get big to stop the bullys from picking on him....Go workout lazy.

    18 is too young. you'll screw up your hormones and you'll get very little out of it.

    You guys really don't wanna' tell me what Steroids I should get do you?

    I don't mean Big Time Steroids... So I look like some Goofed up Incredible Hulk... I mean ones that'll get me maybe double my size.

    You are entirely too young to be doing steroids. I know this is not what you want to here, but look at it from this perspective. Your body is going to keep growing at LEAST another 3 years, and you also have the highest test levels you will have for the rest of your life. Steroids are going to severly disrupt your natural testosterone production, and if that tesosterone production does not recover properly, you WILL be ****ed up the rest of your life. That could include sterility, abnormal growth plates, low natty test levels (making you tired and unhorny ALL the time), etc.

    If you are serious about bodybuilding and want to really take it seriously, you should practice disciplining your diet and training naturally for the next 3 years and then you'll be at peak performance naturally, and your body will be totally PRIMED for steroids. Doing them prematurely without building yuorself up to your natural peak first will only make the steroids less effective, AND make your gains much harder to keep.

    So all in all, wait. Take it from me and a lot of guys on this board...jumping the gun on steroids can lead to a lot of bad side effects down the road. Be smart, do a TON of research (I researched for a year and half before I touched them), get your diet and exercise in check, and wait until you're 21. trust me, you'll be very happy you did later on in life.

    Second -- Metabolism is the NUMBER ONE bullshit excuse ever given for not gaining weight!!!

    EVERY single person on the planet's body works exactly the same way PERIOD

    Calories in versus Calories Expended There is NO magic to metablolism

    AAS is NOT a magic pill. If you do not know how to gain weight without using AAS, then you will NOT gain weight with AAS!!!

    Being tough has nothing to do with size and I could kick the shit out of many Larger bodybuilders than what I am so do'nt even think that steroids make you tough......they don't

    Steroids are steroids.None will double your size. The key too growing is eating right. Go to the diet section and look for bulking diets.

    Right, so I guess the answer is "Take None, Zack". Right, So What do I do? Gym and Eat...? Is there any tablets you can take to alter your Metabolism? Mine's High, constantly.

    Telling you what steroids to use would be like telling a 16 year old who has never touched alcohol to slam everclear to get drunk. Dangerous, dangerous, DANGEROUS!

    Are you ready to consume 3-400 grams of protein a DAY? Are your ready to workout for at least 2 hours a day? Are you prepared to do cardio 45-60 mins a day? How long have you been lifting weights? Do you know how to do a post cycle therapy correctly? Do you know which blends to mix? Do you know how to pretct your liver and kindeys? Do you know how to prevent gettng BITCH TITS? Do you know what HCG is? Do you know what deca dick is?

    You need to know all this stuff before you make the leap bro, you don't wanna end up a skinny kid with a gut, raisin sized balls, and big breasts, which is what most inexperienced users end up looking like when they stop using!

    It's not the size of the guy dude, its the size of the fight IN the guy. I've been boxing for 4 years, Ive seen middleweights beat the hell out of heavyweights. You wanna fight? Sign up for a muay thai class and learn how to fight, don't think looking like a meathead will prevent you from getting your ass handed to you.

    You'll end up like the guy on here that wondered why he got his ass kicked waiting for his Sustanon to kick in during a fight!

    i too have a very fast metabolism, i was tall and skinny for most of my life. when i decided i wanted to change my apperance i started researching, and going to the gym. i talked to alot of the guys in the gym, read alot of lifiting and bodybuilding articles. basically, i changed my diet from eating 3 times a day to eating 6 times a day and taking protein everyday. started working out about 5 times a week, now a days its like 4 time a week. when i graduated from high school i weighed about 175 pounds and was 6' 3". now after lifting and eating properly for 9 years iam 6' 3" and 255 pounds with my body fat % about 18%. my point is that if you want to change bad enough, put the time and effort into it and it will happen! like everyone else said dont rush into steriods! wait some years and start working out hard now! good luck bro!

    Sorry SMAN, got lots of respect for you and your opinions, but I totally disagree with this one.

    I agree, it is the most common excuse for hardgainers, which your basically saying there aren't any of those. (and trust me, I trained for 6 years before touching AAS) I know what it means. Granted, I became a nutitionist/trainer in those six years and that made HUGE improvement.

    But even then, I had a hard time keeping weight. If I slightly faulted from my diet I would lose a ton of pounds. I maintain(ed) less than 5% BF with absolutely NO cardio. Does your body "work that way?"

    That would imply that my girlfriends mesomorphic body type reacts to calories the same way as mine.

    Yes I agree, kids everything is wrong. knowledge/age/reasons/experience. But I do think he COULD run in to these problems later even when he is prepared.

    METABOLISM IS THE BIGGEST EXCUSE FOR BEING A GIRLY MAN.

    But there are ppl gifted with better genetics and can gain more , hold more weight, and maintain. I'm sure out of the 100% who bitch about metabolism there is a 2% were it does hold them back even when they eat and train correct....

    You just need to be doing the rights things, and you'll grow, especially at your age.

    You need calories.
    WHat really stacked bulk on me was powdered oats in a shake. It's cheap and very effective.. One downside is your farts will smell beyond evil. But you'll gain weight, no doubt.

    Thats what people who've never had one before say. Wanna compare Natty T3 levels. Ive had mine tested. Correct me if I'm wrong but, T3 is catobolic in nature?

    Did you read my entire post. I said almost 100% complain that there metab is the reason there not gaining, not taking into account there diet, rest, training could be the cause. I said there is a few , VERY few who do things correct that do have problems still from gaining.

    Sorry to generalize it nevernuff, but I just get sooooo tired of hearing that excuse form people who have NO CLUE how to eat properly. I know that there are TRUE hardgainers and I can respect that, BUT I very much doubt that this kid has a clue about proper diet!!

I have no research to support this but I am sure ectomorphs have a higher metabolism. they can eat more w/o gaining weight. that I have seen w/ my own eyes. if they are not excersizing how do you all explain this? the only explanation I have is a higher metabolism

    Basically it doesn't matter... keep in mind i am being very general here cause i dont' feel like typing a book

    Claories IN verses Calories Expended.

    If your body type burns more than obviously you need to eat more to compensate and grow
    If your body type burns less then you have to adjsut accordingly with diet and cardio....
    Boo Hoo, you have to eat more WAHHHHHHH
    Boo Hoo you have to do more cardio...WAHHHHHH

    Either you do what it takes or you dont' reach your goals, with or without AAS

    No one says its easy, but that is the only way to do it correctly

    just to add just becasue you have one primary gentic profile ....... you can still carry trats or another thus making it hard to pinpoint a dirrect link to one trat

    zac if your still on here take the advice.this board is here for your help. check out diet and technique sections.
    by the way its the big guys who have fights picked with them.a group of guys will think they are tuff for taking down a big man even when theres 5 of them(or three asians )
    happy lifting. id suggest waiting till 23.lift and eat and rest heaps till then
