    wtf? if my IGF ruined?

I ordered from s-p. 2 bottles of igf and 1 bottle of mgf. The mgf came in a box inside a box with an icepack wrapped up. The IGF came with no icepack..in a express letter and it is warm to the touch. Is my stuff ruined or is it supposed to not come in an ice pack and warm.

They don't respond to my e-mails. Maybe they will read this. Can i just send it back for a refund? caps are still on and everything. Dry ice wan't needed. any ice at all would have been fine. I put that on my order comments

It's fine. I believe the bottle has the temperature it will remain stable up to printed on the label.

Lr3IGF-1 holds it's complete biological stability, for up to a year, at temperatures of up to 37C.
