It could mead you injected into a blood vessel, but I doubt it. You would be coughing your ass off and feeling like death if that happened.Originally Posted by SpankyG
You probably just nicked a vein or vessel near the surface on the way in, but injected into the muscle. Bleeding happens occasionally on proper injects. Just swab it and apply constant pressure, Not only will the pressure stop the bleeding, but it will keep the gear in the muscle and wont allow it to flow back through the pin-tunnel.
