    big lats

    how do i get the big lats? i mean the lats that "look like i will fly away" as arnold puts it in pumping iron. i want some widddde lats.

    i do wide grip pull-downs, pull-ups, seated rows, barbell rows. what sets or exercises should i do to really add some mass to my lats?

    Widegrip rows, pullups, pulldowns, ect all sound good. The important thing is to make srue your form is good. I see so many guys jerkin and rockin in the gym when they do these excercises. You also wanna make sure your working the lats and not your biceps. I feel straps help with my form when I go heavy.

    Try flexin your lats before you lift. This helps you understand where you should be feeling the consentration during the lift. It took me a long time to understand how to flex my lats. Learn how to flex them, go light weight at first , then watch them grow my friend.
