Make sure you clean them several times a day with dial anti-bacteria soap. The last thing you want is an infection. The nipples do not heal fast. One of mine was infected on and off for six month, it was a real pain in the ass. If one falls out replace it as soon as possible, the hole will close within hours.

It does make them super sensitive too. I have my left one done, and I like it.

I'm going to look into changing it to a barbell though, because I have a hoop in there now, and it's not that comfortable. Plus it gets caught on everything.

Mine's never healed properly. It usually has a kinda puss scab on it.

I'm going to try a titanium one, because the non-allergenic I seem to be allergic to. (also have a genital piercing too, and have the same problem)
