I am gathering information to start my first cycle. I've gathered a little information through a couple friends, not sure how much they know either, and a lot over the internet, and its hard to distinguish which is good information from the bullsh.., but this seems to be one of the best sites I've come across.
I was recomended starting my first cycle with deca. There were two cycle options. One was to inject 200mg once every four days for eight weeks. The other was was deca also, but only did one injection per week, starting at 100mg, 200, 400, 400, 400, 300, 100 and then 100mg.
Is deca the best option for my first time? And if its okay, should I use it alone or with something else.
I'm 40, 6'2", 180#, around 18%bf, always have had fairly lean build, and I've been changing my diet around trying to find what seems to work best. I go to the gym 5 times a week currently.
