The first thing that sticks out to me is front delt are already hit pretty well during chest day.

For your side/rear delt day what shoulder exercises do you do if your not hitting the front head?

Just not popular practice to do opposing muscle groups like that...ie, doing bis and chest together. Hitting triceps after only 2 days rest from hitting them on chest day. Plus, Wednesday is too much work IMO. And again, I don't like the splitting up of hams and quads. Where is your trap work? Then.....2 days after you do back you hit bis again.
I would at least move biceps to back day and hit your legs with just 1 day so you can get an extra day of rest.
