DL 495lbs @ 265lbs. This is an area that I intend to work on this upcoming year. My goal is to have a 600lbs + DL by the end of 2007 and to remain all natty.

DL 200 @158lbs.. shooting for 210 on Saturday. This has doubled in 3 months mind you.
330lbs at an am weight of 155

For how many reps?
How about a 6 year back injury do to that exercise
345 for 5 @ bw of 178. Too bad I'm nursing a groin pull right now. I was making good progress![]()
That was my max...actually 335 after 6-7 sets of 4-10
i was never big on deadlifts..they are definately asick exercise..but heavy squats were always more important to me..i used to rep 405 every now and then, but i was more into high reps for the big pumps on deadlifts.
455x2 @ 210![]()
465X2 @ 240
going to be breaking 500 soon I hope
Doing over 5 repetitions in a set of deads with HEAVY weight is scary due to increased chance of injury…remember it is a big complex movement.

405lbs x 6 @ 5'9 182lbs

I am scared of dead lifts because I dont know how the form works and I know that if you fvck up the form an a dead lift tour back is screwed. But im gona try them for the first time next week with my older brother
