Well me and the boys hung out tonight and got some girls, got some beer and ****ed around for a while then we decide to go downtown to all the clubs and bars. Well a friend rides with me and just as I park a cop pulls up behind me. So then he walks up and ask if we were drinking and my friend said yes and i said no cuz i was drivin so he searches my truck and find the beer and since me nor him are 21 yet we both get arrested and my truck gets towed. ****in bullshit i wasnt even drinkin but since i wa driving i get ****ed over just as bad as my friend does. So we end up in a cell for 4 hours to get processed and all that other bullshit and finnally get out after bail and now i gotta go get my truck from the tow services. But hey i met a crack dealer, coke dealer, and weed dealer all in the same holdin cell. A girl came in who puked all over herself and weighed at LEAST 300lbs. A guy who was brought in to detox for public intoxication and wouldnt shut the fvck up so they hosed his ass. but This night is complete and udder mutha fvckin bullshit. So it pretty much summed up to me that if your under 21 and u know ur gonna get busted bye the cops you might as well chug your beers as fast as ****in possible no matter if your drinkin our not your still goin to JAIL!!!!

The worst time to drink and drive or even just have open containers of beer or alchohol in the car is around the holidays. To many people go to parties and drink and drive and kill people that the cops dont mess around anymore. One of my friends got arrested the other night for DUI and 3 other people we know got arrested. The cops don't play around during the holidays, especially out in Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk county). They are trying to pass a law that if you are arrested for DUI or DWI it's an automatic 6 month jail sentence because of a young girl and man that were killed in a limo going home from a wedding.
