I dont have that big of a problem eating but after my work out which is usually after meal 3-4, i have the hardest time to eat. I am constantly full after i work out and if i try and eat a meal i feel the need to vomit. What should I do?

im always starving and i drink almost a gallon during my workout. drink after every set i love to drink.

Anyway. I feel the same way. I pretty much just try to get it down. My appetite overall is very good, and I'm always hungry except after my shake when I need a solid meal. I just try to eat it fast. I really cannot think of anything that would help besides that. You could try buying some supps that increase appetite but I dont see those doing much.
lately I just have a whey/oats shake right before i leave for the gym. Seems when I eat food beforehand Im all bloated and sluggish. Eating a full meal beforehand, then having a quit workout could make you not hungry afterwords as well
1 hour before gym 1 cup of oats,1 scoop of whey and usually Tuna. Right after i drink a Cytogainer and then i try and eat about 45 minutes later but im just stuffed and have no desire to eat
one hour seems awhile beforehand. I would usually hit 30-45mins before with a full meal but with whey and oats you could really cut it closer...but again, that is not relevant to your question.
Do you drink a lot of water during your workout?

Cytogainer isn't shake its a meal your eating/drinking 600cals your next meal should be 2-3 hours later with this approach.
