    LIVER and Tyelonol

A few years ago my liver enzymes were elevated enough to warrant a liver biopsy. It came back negative and that was the end of it. SInce then I've taken tylenol and advil for pain on many many days. NOTE I WILL NEVER TOUCH TYLENOL again...........I've also ran 10mg of dbol as a dumb first cycle. My question is, if I get tested next week, are they going to be through the roof again? Is it possible for the liver to bounce back? If so, what protocol do I need to take right now? I take milk thistle, ala, and a liver protectant(some knock off) and will not use pain meds again........unless I really have no choice, dumb! Thoughts? Does it come back?

I doubt that 10mgs of D-bol will change your liver values enough to warrant anything but the doctor telling you to watch your diet.

If you have to take pain meds ask doc for vicoprofen. It is the hydro with
Ibprofen. Tylenol will kill you. However, the liver is the most forgiving organ. Milk thistle, Liv.52 plus all the other vitimins.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN....plus I used vicodine when I was out of surgery than become addicted for a solid year. Never more than 1 tab, but thats bad news.......never again...advil only is absolutely ncessary...so I'll be ok? No alcohol in years.

what is the reccomended dose? tylers and milk thistle?

look into something called "Liver Longer" It is a supplement designed for users of 17aa steroids/pro-hormones. Its very similar to a prescription drug for people with liver damage. Its supposed to be a lot better and works differently than the supplements for overall general liver health. I havent used it, but have heard lots of promising things about it. I'll probably try it the next time I run orals Do a google search for "liver longer"

Tylenol is hard on the liver. And yes, if you are not using any liver unfriendly compounds it will 'bounce' back. I would not use any product claimed to be a liver cleanser, or rejuvenator. I would just let my liver recover on its own without risking adding additional compounds that would pass through my liver -- let it do it on its own.

As far as pain medication goes, if you ever need a reliable pain med post surgery ask for torbol (sp?). Not sure of the spelling but it is IV ibuprofen and works great.

As far as non-surgical pain meds, if you have an overuse/abuse problem then that's something you need to figure out. But if you need a good pain med use oxycontin. It is strong enough you won't need to use that many to potentially cause your liver problems weaker pain compounds, such as tylenol #2, would cause.
